Terms of use

The playground is a free, best-effort service run by TYO Lab to demonstrate tyo-mq. By using it you agree to the following:

• Everything is ephemeral. Messages expire within about an hour; project realms expire after their TTL (7 days by default, extendable). There are no backups. Do not store anything you need to keep.
• Nothing is private. Treat all data you send as potentially public. Do not send personal information, credentials, or anything confidential. The open default realm and the lobby chat are visible to everyone.
• No unlawful or abusive use. No illegal content, malware coordination, spam infrastructure, harassment, or attempts to disrupt the service or other users' realms. Realms in breach are removed without notice.
• Fair-use limits apply. Message rate, bandwidth, connection, and queue-depth limits are enforced per client and per realm. Hitting them yields RATE_LIMITED responses, not a ban — unless it's deliberate abuse.
• No SLA. The service can be restarted, wiped, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time. For production use, run your own tyo-mq server — it's Apache-2.0.
• Minimal data. Signing in via TYO ID associates your projects with your account email. Server logs (connection metadata, rate-limit events) are kept for operations and abuse handling only.
