A one-to-one chat with no shared passphrase. Your identity is your TYO ID account; your browser holds a private key it never shares. To message someone, we fetch their public key from the directory, derive a shared key just for the two of you, and encrypt over TYO MQ. The broker only ever sees ciphertext.
